Lin Dihuan: I am not an expert in psychology. I can not make specific explanations in the field of psychology. In brief, empathy is a psychological concept. When a person is in a state of emergency for a long time, for example, the current new crown epidemic, long-term concern will lead to the imbalance of mental state. Because excessive use of compassion can produce a kind of common harm, and it will feel anxious, irritable and uneasy, and it will do harm to people's psychology. In psychological treatment, it is necessary to avoid this situation, through some psychological intervention method to control.

Whether it is front-line medical staff or segregated people at home, including myself, there will be anxiety and irritability.

In contrast, let the doctors take the initiative to carry out psychological counseling. This method of comic reading is more subtle and has its own advantages. Lin Dihuan: because I have been writing cartoons, and I have been visiting professor at Zhongshan University's Sun Yixian hospital, exploring the way to treat patients with art learning and appreciation, mainly for patients after tumor surgery.

The cartoon exhibition is inspired by Li Qing, a member of the Sun Yixian Memorial Hospital of Zhongshan University, to support the Hubei epidemic prevention and control medical team. Li Qingjin contacted me after the medical team and launched the exhibition. Twenty-first Century: what kind of ideas are you based on for everyday creation? How has your life changed during the epidemic? Is there anything else that you find particularly impressive about the creation of the epidemic?

Lin Dihuan: it's hard to sum up the creation. Sometimes the brain comes out. Some things in daily life, and then feel very interesting, it may become a comic theme. I am not a professional cartoonist. Comics are just my hobbies, fun and nothing.

At present, the hospitals that donate cartoons are mainly in Hubei and Guangzhou, and then there are a number of community hospitals in Shanghai. Now that the focus is on epidemic prevention, customs airports are beginning to do exhibitions. The scale of donation in each hospital is generally in the tens of hundreds, others are directly donating money, I can donate some cartoons money is also very good.

During the period of the epidemic, drawing cartoons and watching their clicks cling to the upward trend made the mood better. Everyone in the circle of friends is cleaning up the screen. I feel really good and my mind is healed.

I used to draw cartoons in my spare time when I was at work. During the epidemic, home segregation can not go to work, that is, doing housework while drawing cartoons is not much different.

Lin Di Wan: because I feel that doctors need very strict thinking very much, and I am rather stupid in my mind, so I am more hopping and I like to do things with imagination. Then if you use your imagination to cure patients, the consequences will be very serious. So in order to avoid harming the patient, I did not become a doctor. Drawing is entirely personal interest.

For the front-line medical and nursing friends, I think the first thing is not to be crazy about others. It is embarrassing for a person to be praised everywhere, and it can also cause psychological pressure to them. You should be a regular friend and be more concerned about daily trifles and make them feel relaxed and happy. Normally you get along well. How do you associate with him before?
