At present, on the one hand, the production and supply of melt blown fabric in China is seriously insufficient, and the phenomenon of supply shortage is obvious, which has become a "bottleneck" link which restricts the further improvement of mask production, which has aroused nationwide attention. Even if the mask manufacturers can work hard to purchase the melt blown fabric, the price of each ton of products will be soaring to more than ten thousand yuan or even about 200000 yuan by the time before the outbreak, which is about 18 thousand yuan. On the other hand, the investment in the production line of the melt blown fabric is relatively large, and the production and installation cycle of the equipment is relatively long. Under normal circumstances, it usually takes 3~5 months. Many domestic enterprises producing melt blown fabrics often import core components such as melted spinneret from Carson, Japan, while the delivery cycle and assembly time of imported products are longer.


A technology general worker of a company introduced that in the process of chemical fiber spinning, a thread sprayed from the spinneret would undergo high-speed drafting to form enough strength. The spun silk produced by the equipment of melted spray cloth is usually not drafted. Depending on the pressure of the spinneret, after a certain air draft, it is sprayed on the rotary drum or net cloth to form a melt blown cloth. Therefore, spinneret and spinneret die are very important in the production process of melt blown fabric.


"At present, there are similar or even identical materials and processes with Carson in Japan, but there is still room for efforts in the processing of composite spinneret, large diameter processing, carbon fiber and other special spinneret and components." The meeting clearly stated that the project will adopt the domestic mature melted polypropylene non-woven fabric technology and equipment, and build 8 production capacity of 500 tons / year, total capacity of 4000 tons / year melt blown nonwovens production line. The required venues and utilities and auxiliary facilities of hydropower, gas and steam will fully rely on and tap the existing capacity of Yizheng chemical fiber, minimize investment, reduce risks, speed up construction and enhance the competitiveness of projects.


It is understood that Yizheng chemical fiber construction of the 8 melted spray production line, daily production of 8 tons of N95 melt spray cloth, or production of medical flat mask 12 tons of raw materials, these raw materials can produce 2 million 400 thousand N95 mask, or production of medical flat mask 12 million pieces. All the production lines of Yizheng chemical fiber are expected to be completed after April 15th and will be put into operation at the end of May.
