There are no elevators in the old building, so the staff sometimes have to climb up and down several times to deliver things to the door.

Personally, I think this is a misreading of the capital market. Although these property companies seem to link a large number of terminal consumers, they do not have much commercial liquidity. These companies have developed their own independent APP, but high frequency services are limited to the contents of their own businesses. Once they are connected to external businesses, their effective daily activities are quite limited. For example, the APP of the property is connected to the US group, but users are still accustomed to go directly to the APP of the US group.
Back to the subject. It has been said that the excellent property management companies under the epidemic situation can greatly alleviate the pressure of community management, and do not call for special support for these companies. From the perspective of marketization, they should also have a larger share of the community, nor are they calling for a large number of organizations to be allocated to the community. Rather, it is suggested that community management should step forward to transform the community governance.
Community governance needs to mobilize more social forces to participate. As in the war epidemic process in Wuhan, the social forces, including Kyushu and private volunteers, have made unnegligible contributions to the epidemic. Similarly, excellent property companies in Hubei and other provinces and cities also constitute an important grid for epidemic prevention and control.
During the epidemic prevention and control, social forces including property companies are needed. Also need. I suggest that social forces should participate in community governance.
