According to the decision-making and deployment of the Sinopec Party group, in order to guarantee the supply of the core material of masks, in February 24th, Yizheng chemical fiber emergency started a 4000 ton / year melt blown fabric project, and built 8 production lines with an annual output of 500 tons.

Yizheng chemical fiber is moving, starting from scratch, emergency cross-border, special efforts to concentrate on major events. After more than 600 participants worked hard day and night for 35 days, in March 29th, the first annual production line of 500 tons of melt blown fabric of Yizheng chemical fiber was successfully put into operation, 18 days ahead of schedule.

Conscientiously sum up the successful experience in the construction and start-up of the melt blown fabric production line, while grasping the long cycle safety and stable operation of the production line, while fully promoting the construction and driving of the subsequent production line, and continuously deepening the recognition and grasping of the key points and difficulties of equipment, installation, technology, production, etc., and continuously optimizing the processes and links, and continuously doing well in the supervision of equipment arrival and supervision. Important emergency equipment is divided into seconds by air.
