Shen Da shares (600626.SH) announced that from December 4, 2019 to December 31, 2019, the company passed the joint stock exchange of Shanghai, with an assessment value of not less than 282 million yuan for the record of state assets, and publicly listed the 100% rights and interests of Shanghai seventh cotton mill Co., Ltd.
