Cool And Bacteriostasis, The Successful Completion Of The Cool Sensing Fiber Project Successfully Completed By China Textile Institute.

Recently, the inspection and Acceptance Meeting of the Shaoxing science and technology project "PE composite spinning cool sensing fiber and its products industrialization development", which was undertaken by China Textile Science Research Institute's subsidiary company, Kate special fiber technology Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Textile Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Textile Standard Inspection Co., Ltd., was held in Shaoxing science and Technology Bureau. The acceptance team listened to the project implementation and technical summary report, reviewed the product inspection report, funds audit report and user opinion and other related information, and looked at the actual sample of the product.

The project takes polyethylene and polyamide 6 as the raw materials, and through the skin core composite spinning, weaving, dyeing and finishing and various fields of application and other processes, finally formed a cool texture fabric for bed products, automobiles and garments. The project tackled the technical difficulties in spinning process such as poor spinning stability, weft insertion and slipping, and so on. The product has the characteristics of cool, antibacterial, mildew proof and soft. The project applied for 2 patents, of which 1 were authorized, 1 were published and 1 were set up.

Acceptance group experts agreed that the project has completed the various indicators stipulated in the contract, agreed to pass the inspection. The products will play an important role in the fields of bedding, automobile, clothing and so on, and have good social benefits and development prospects.
