I. demonstration content

Focusing on the industrial products such as express packaging, daily chemical products, washing products, household appliances and other textile industries, such as building materials, such as building and sanitary ceramics, decoration and decoration materials, such as light industry such as express packaging, daily chemical products, washing products, household appliances, and so on. Automobile industry and so on, select a batch of green design demonstration enterprises of industrial products. Summing up advanced experience and typical models, strengthening publicity and guidance and international exchanges, promoting green design concepts and methods, reducing resource consumption and environmental impacts from the source, enhancing the awareness of green development, and promoting the expansion and upgrading of the supply of green design products to promote green consumption.

Two. Recommendation requirements

(1) enterprises have independent legal person qualifications, strong industry influence and market competitiveness, and have been making profits in the past three years. The market share of leading products is in the leading position in the industry. We have established a sound management system for quality, environment, energy, occupational health and safety, and all the management systems are sound.

(two) it has strong technological R & D capability, product design and R & D organization and professional team, has its own well-known brand, and has obvious industry or regional characteristics. It has strong representativeness, innovation and popularization.

(three) green development concept and green design have been incorporated into the strategic planning of enterprise development. They have the basic ability to carry out the product life cycle assessment, have the ability to apply the basic database of green design and advanced design tools and methods, and have the ability of application and transformation of green design such as inspection, verification, metrology, and modular production.

(four) green design related work has been carried out, products meet the relevant standards of green design product evaluation, or participate in the formulation of relevant technical specifications, standards or policies for green design products; the proportion of green design products in the product structure has increased year by year, and the production and sales volume and output value industry has been leading.

(five) in line with the national and local laws, regulations and standards and regulations, there has been no such situation in the past three years: the occurrence of major and above major production safety and quality accidents, and the sudden environmental pollution incidents of grade III (large) and above. Serious problems have been found in the relevant supervision work of the State Council and relevant ministries and commissions, and have been included in the list of industrial energy conservation supervision and rectification. Classified as dishonest executors.

Three, job requirements

All provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the central government and municipalities directly under the central government, the competent departments of industry and information technology and the central enterprises (hereinafter referred to as recommended units) of the Xinjiang production and Construction Corps are responsible for organizing the recommendation. The recommended units should earnestly strengthen guidance, conscientiously select leading enterprises with strong representative industries, and constantly improve the demonstration and driving effect and quality level of demonstration enterprises in the industry. The number of enterprises recommended by the Ministry of industry and information technology of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government is not more than 8, and the number of enterprises recommended by the industrial and information departments and the central enterprises in the planned cities and Xinjiang production and Construction Corps is not more than 3.

The recommended units will submit the recommended documents, the recommended summary of industrial products green design demonstration enterprises (second batch) (Annex 1) and the industrial products green design demonstration enterprise declaration (Annex 2) to the Ministry of industry and information technology (energy saving and Comprehensive Utilization Division) by the end of June 30, 2020, and send the electronic version to the electronic version simultaneously.
