Two, the printing and dyeing enterprises voluntarily put forward the application for announcement, and truthfully fill in the relevant application materials of the "specification application for printing and dyeing enterprises" (Annex 1, hereinafter referred to as the "application form"). The application shall be completed in accordance with the guidelines for the application of the specification for printing and dyeing enterprises (Annex 2) and relevant materials shall be provided.
