Fengnan District Emergency Bureau Organized The "Double Control" Mechanism To Promote The Textile Industry.

In order to actively promote the construction of "double control" mechanism and enhance the safety management level of enterprises, Fengnan emergency Bureau has recently organized the textile industry (dust explosion related) "double control" mechanism to promote the construction.

The participants listened to the experience of the "double control" mechanism in the pilot enterprises, and conducted extensive discussions on the difficulties encountered in the process. The staff of the District Emergency Bureau conveyed the relevant provisions of the 2 order document of the province. In accordance with the requirements of the provincial guidance manual, this paper focuses on how to identify the safety risk, how to train it, and how to evaluate the safety control measures, and puts forward clear requirements for the key contents, operation quality and the next schedule of the "double control" construction of the textile industry (including dust and explosion).

The meeting organized the participants to observe the publicity and notification of the safety risks on the spot of the pilot enterprises, mainly including the layout of the risk distribution in the workshop, the main risk disclosure columns, the risk notification cards above and above, and the post risk notification cards.
