In order to develop qualified products as soon as possible, R & D personnel read and study a large number of domestic and foreign literature materials, almost daily in the laboratory and production site, opened the "36524" and "white + black" working mode. In January 2008, through the process optimization and production transformation of the production line, the production of 100 axis 500 kg carbon fiber precursor has passed the carbonization test. The index has exceeded the T300 standard of Dongli company of Japan, and has obtained two national invention patents, and the price of imported carbon fiber has dropped 40%. As a result, Jilin chemical fiber has pioneered the large-scale production of carbon fiber in China, and formally embarked on the industrialization of carbon fiber precursor.

Raw silk, firmly rooted in the industry. The correlation degree of raw silk to carbon fiber production is more than 60%, which is the key factor to determine the development of carbon fiber industry. In order to strengthen the independent research and development technology of carbon fiber precursor, Jilin chemical fiber plays an important role in the production of acrylic fiber production technology and talents, and makes full use of the advantages of fine management of artificial silk production. In the production of carbon fiber precursor, four projects of "upgrading quality, speeding up production, improving production and improving efficiency" are thoroughly carried out. The clean production around the whole process is advocated, and tackling key problems of cleanliness is improved, and more than 70% of system impurities are reduced. "University enterprise customer" technology exchange platform for production, teaching and research, taking the homogenization research as the breakthrough point, drastically process optimization and equipment transformation to improve the product quality stability; through the original fluid system deep digging potential, the power system was approved and upgraded, the key components were precisely optimized, and the speed increasing ingot transformation was carried out, the spinning speed of the raw silk was increased by 17.6%, and the single line production capacity reached the original 4. The production capacity of line design increased by 81% compared with the same period last year, and the quality of the product after the carbonization of 30% of the tow raw silk reached T700 level.

Carbonization, extension of the industry "dry". Giving play to the agglomeration effect is an important direction to promote the high quality development of the carbon fiber industry. Jilin chemical fiber extends its industrial chain with the advantage of unique precursor production. In 2017, in cooperation with Zhejiang Jinggong group, we built an annual production of 12000 tons of carbonization line project. The first phase 2 production lines have been successfully put into operation and become the largest tow carbon production line with the largest single line capacity in the country. Under the support of high quality raw silk, the product quality is stable at T400 level, 35% of 25K products can reach T700 level, and the two phase 3# line will also be put into operation in July this year. In May of this year, Jilin Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd. established the Jilin Guoxing Carbon Fiber Co., Ltd. through the acquisition and reorganization. It further enriched the varieties of carbon fiber production, realized the longitudinal matching and horizontal collaboration of related enterprises, and promoted the cluster development of carbon fiber industry and the integration of advantageous resources. In particular, "25K-50K polyacrylonitrile precursor and key technology and industrialization development of carbon fiber" project has been certified by experts. The overall technology has reached the international advanced level, marking a breakthrough in the production technology of Jilin chemical fiber tow carbon fiber, and marking the industrialization of 25k-50K tow carbon fiber in China.

Products, the branch of luxuriant industry. The roots are deep and the leaves are luxuriant. Carbon fiber is used instead of sold. Jilin chemical fiber insists on the integration of industry, University and research, and the development of industrial chain. It became the only large tow carbon fiber material supplier in the wind power giant DanMai Vista J company in China. It solved the "chip pain" of China's large strand of carbon fiber industry. In January 2020, Jilin chemical fiber also signed the strategic cooperation framework agreement with the Baicheng municipal government and the Vestas company, marking the great leap forward progress in the application of carbon fiber products in the field of wind turbine blades. As the project has been put into operation and the upstream and downstream capital operation of the industrial chain is being carried out, the group is rapidly moving towards the goal of building 100 thousand tons of raw silk, 40 thousand tons of carbon fiber and 5000 tons of pultrusion complex carbon fiber industrial park. The world's best fiber maker and the Jilin national carbon fiber industrial park are like two shining pearls that will stand on the Songhua River.

The development of carbon fiber industry is a complex systematic project.
