Leading Shares (600630): Wang Weimin Resigned As General Manager And Continued To Serve As Chairman Of The Company.
In June 9th, 600630.SH announced that in order to further improve the corporate governance structure, Wang Weimin, the party secretary, chairman and general manager of the company, resigned as the general manager of the company. At the same time, it was recommended by the company's Party committee to nominate the Committee for examination, and agreed to appoint Ni Guohua as deputy general manager of the company. The term of office will be from the date of deliberation of the board of directors to the date when the term of office of the tenth board expires. Wang Weimin continued to serve as secretary of the Party committee and chairman of the company.
