Now, with the gradual control of the domestic epidemic, the "hard cover" has disappeared, the production of mask has also been oversupplied, and the price of respirators has declined rapidly.

Since July 1, 2020, the GB 2626-2019 standard has been formally implemented. It will put forward higher requirements on respirator resistance, airtightness, practical performance, cleaning and disinfection of KN95 respirators, and can better reflect the performance of respirators in actual use.

This will replace the original GB 2626-2006 standard, execute the original GB 2626-2006 standard, and the product with the date of production before July 1, 2020 can still use the original package.

At the end of 2019, the State Administration of market supervision and administration and the China National Standardization Management Committee issued a new respiratory protection standard GB2626-2019 respirator self-priming filter particulate respirator, which was implemented in July 1, 2020.

The standard specifies the classification and labeling, technical requirements, testing methods and identification of self inhalation filter respirator. Prior to that, the respiratory protection standard was GB2626-2006 respirator self-priming filter respirator. The KN100 respirator provides a high level of protection for it, and is more efficient than KN95 and KN90.

It is understood that the first edition of the GB2626-2019 standard was released in 1981 (GB2626-1981). In 1992, 2006 and 2019, it was updated three times. The 2019 version was changed to "respirator, self-priming filter particle respirator" and two words without "supplies".

Compared with the 2006 edition, following the basic principles of scientificity, standardization, coordination and timeliness, according to the trend of scientific progress and product development, we should adjust the respiratory resistance index without reducing the protective ability, improve the detection method, optimize the lower side view of the half mask, and improve the comfort of the product.

In the standard, according to the filtration efficiency level of non oily particulate matter, the filter element level is divided into KN100, KN95 and KN90, and the filtration efficiency of non oil particles above 0.075 microns reaches 99.97%, 95% and 90% respectively. The higher the protective level and the higher filtration efficiency, the higher the safety of the respirator.
