Due to the high cost of cotton procurement in the early stage and the downgrade of downstream consumption, the sales pressure of combed yarn has increased.

It is understood that Nanyang cotton sales blocked several reasons: first, textile enterprises bought more expensive cotton before the year, resulting in increased inventory and cost, cotton yarn prices higher than other textile enterprises 2000 yuan / ton, cotton yarn competitiveness is weak; two, when the outbreak of domestic epidemic, Nanyang textile enterprises resumed time delay. Most of the textile enterprises began to resume production in April. The downtime of the enterprise is too long, resulting in the loss of orders. The three is the shortage of labor force and the lack of workers. Affected by the early epidemic, isolation measures were taken in all locals, the rate of employee turnover was not high, and the working environment of textile enterprises was poor. Recruitment was blocked, and the production efficiency of enterprises dropped greatly. Four, local textile enterprises were more concentrated and the competition pressure between enterprises was large.
