The 12 major projects focused on starting up include industrial projects and modern service industries such as new fiber materials, modern logistics and so on. Among them, the national advanced functional fiber innovation center is the Thirteenth National Innovation Center in China and the first national innovation center in Jiangsu province. It takes the development of common key technologies in the high-end, cutting-edge fiber and new materials as the core, and builds an industrial platform. And the transformation system of innovation achievements will drive the core competitiveness of China's textile fiber industry to jump.

Starting from the source of funds, the project started in Wujiang, with 35 investment projects, with a total investment of 64 billion 580 million yuan, accounting for 73.3% of the total projects; 3 foreign investment projects, with a total investment of US $476 million, accounting for 3.7% of the total projects; 21 government investment projects, with a total investment of 20 billion 300 million yuan, accounting for 23% of the total project.

From project distribution

It involves 8 plates and 3 departments. Among them, 14 projects in the Wujiang Development Zone, with a total investment of about 20 billion 850 million yuan, and 11 projects in FenHu high tech Zone (Li Li Town), with a total investment of about 30 billion 360 million yuan; 12 projects in the Wujiang hi tech Development Zone (Sheng Zezhen), with a total investment of about 10 billion 770 million yuan; 11 items in the East Taihu Resort (Taihu new town), with a total investment of about 8 billion 540 million yuan; 2 projects in seven cities, with a total investment of about 400 million yuan; and Taoyuan Town, a total of 8 billion 540 million projects. The investment is about 1 billion yuan; 3 projects in Zhen Ze town, with a total investment of about 500 million yuan; 2 projects in Ping Wang Town, with a total investment of about 500 million yuan; 1 projects of the Transport Bureau, with a total investment of about 14 billion 210 million yuan; 1 projects of the Wei Jian Committee, with a total investment of about 900 million yuan; and the Urban Management Bureau's 1 projects, with a total investment of about 148 million yuan.

From industry classification

Of the 59 projects, 40 were industrial projects, with a total investment of 68 billion 70 million yuan, accounting for 77.2% of all projects. These include 9 innovative projects of Wujiang national advanced functional fiber innovation center. It is reported that Wujiang national advanced functional fiber innovation center has invested 1 billion 150 million yuan, covering an area of 225.5 mu. It is the Thirteenth National Innovation Center in China and the first national innovation center in the province. It is also the first national innovation center led by private enterprises in China. We plan to build an innovation center industrial park integrating R & D laboratories, testing centers and pilot bases. We will focus on tackling the efficient and flexible manufacturing technology of fiber materials, and developing key fiber technologies such as fiber materials.

Miu Hangen, chairman of Sheng Hong group, took part in the opening ceremony and delivered a speech as a representative of the key project units. He said that the innovation center will accelerate the pace of construction with the correct leadership and strong support of the Wujiang District Committee and the district government. It will focus on tackling common key technologies of the industry, advancing the transformation of new achievements, and constantly achieving revolutionary breakthroughs in advanced functional fiber technology, in order to support China's fiber industry. Industrial upgrading and sustainable development, to enhance the core competitiveness of China's textile fiber industry to contribute.

The national advanced functional fiber innovation center is closely linked with the national strategic layout, which is of great significance to break through the bottleneck of development, realize the independent control of key core technologies, build an international innovation ecosystem, and continuously achieve high quality development. In order to build a world-famous "innovation Lake area" in the Yangtze River Delta eco green integration development demonstration zone, Wujiang will play an important role in enhancing the industrial innovation ability and building the international competitive advantage, and will also help to form the core competitiveness of China's advanced functional fiber field and provide strong support for the early realization of the vision of "China dream and powerful nation dream".
