Yueda Textile Jet Vortex Spinning High Yield Hemp Project Through Appraisal

Recently, experts from the China Federation of textile industry jointly identified the key technologies and applications of "jet vortex spinning high count and high mixing ratio hemp home textile fabric production" jointly undertaken by Yueda textile and Jiangnan University. After on-site inspection, material review, project report, expert inquiry and discussion, the appraisal committee fully affirmed the project and agreed to pass the appraisal. The technology of the project has reached the international advanced level.

This project has optimized the pretreatment of hemp fiber before spinning, improved the moisture retention of hemp fiber, and improved the spinnability and comfort of hemp fiber. By optimizing the technology of jet vortex spinning, the key technology of high ratio of hemp to high mixing ratio was obtained. By weaving wet parts locally, weaving and weaving efficiency is improved. The project products are tested by the third party, and all the indexes meet the requirements of the first class standard of the enterprise internal control standard. The product has excellent properties such as anti pilling, moisture absorption, breathability and natural health care. It has wide practical significance and economic benefits for the industrialization of hemp home textiles and the variety of jet vortex spinning. In the future, Yueda textile will continue to increase the breadth and depth of R & D investment, constantly enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, and promote the transformation and upgrading of enterprises and high-quality development.
