To extend the layout and decoration of high-end home textiles enterprises, expand functional and fashion home textile production, promote the standardization of industry, and introduce and cultivate famous brands.

Relying on the Tong Tong Kun polyester integration project, attracting polyester, polyamide and downstream enterprises of industrial chain to enter, developing functional, differential polyester filament, nylon filament and downstream supporting textile industry, and creating a highly competitive industrial cluster with high technology content, good economic returns, low resource consumption and less environmental pollution.

　 - weaving area. The planned area is 3153 mu, which will be directly woven or woven into the grey fabric.

　　 - printing and dyeing area. The planned area is 417 mu. The upper part of the grey cloth is processed into finished cloth by bleaching, dyeing, printing and finishing.

　　 Terminal product area. The planned area is 504 mu, mainly producing curtain fabric products, functional simulation clothing fabrics, high performance industrial fabrics and products.

Project admission criteria: first, chemical fiber, polyester project, polyester filament project, polyamide project, nylon 6 filament project single line production capacity is not less than 200 thousand tons, 100 thousand tons, 100 thousand tons and 20 thousand tons / year respectively. The two is loom weaving, projectile, filament weaving and warp knitting production capacity of not less than 10 loom, 200 looms and 10 warp knitting machines. The three is dyeing and finishing, cotton, chemical fiber woven fabrics, linen, silk woven fabrics, wool machine fabric and knitted fabric design annual production capacity is not less than 60 million meters, 40 million meters, 4 million meters, 6000 tons and 5000 tons / year.

The Huafeng microfiber material project, which has a total investment of over 10 billion yuan, has formed an annual production scale of 75 million meter industrial nonwovens microfiber material.

The Tong Kun polyester integration project with a total investment of over 20 billion yuan has been officially started, with the annual production capacity of 5 million tons PTA and 2 million 400 thousand tons of new functional fiber production capacity.

The Taichung new material industry base project with a total investment of 16 billion 500 million yuan has started trial production, laying a solid foundation for the development of downstream industry chains such as filament weaving, industrial textiles and engineering plastics.
