*St Carey (002072): Zhang Peifeng'S Shares Have Been Legally Enforced
On July 8, St Carey (002072. SZ) announced that Mr. Zhang Peifeng, the former shareholder of the company, was put on file by the Guangzhou intermediate people's court because of the private loan dispute with Zhao Jun and others. As of July 8, 2020, 7.5611 million shares of the company held by Zhang Peifeng have been legally enforced.
On May 24, 2019, Zhang Peifeng and Wang Jian signed the shareholders' voting rights entrustment agreement, in which Zhang Peifeng unconditionally and irrevocably entrusts Wang Jian with the voting rights corresponding to 9143100 shares of the company (accounting for 5.1950% of the total share capital of the company).
As of July 8, 2020, all the above 9143100 shares held by Zhang Peifeng have been legally enforced, and he is no longer a shareholder of the company. Wang Jian no longer holds the voting rights of the company's shares through Zhang Peifeng.
This judicial enforcement will not affect the company's daily production and operation. The total shares held by Wang Jian were 13.108% of the total shares of the company, and the total voting rights of the company's major shareholders were still 13.108% of the company's total shares, which led to the unanimous execution of the company's shareholders.
