The device has a number of patent designs:

First, two front atomizing nozzles with different configurations. Under the standard configuration, when lifting the fabric into the main nozzle channel, the number of contact between the liquid and the fabric is continuously increased to effectively avoid the generation of creases. In the optional configuration, the air nozzle is skillfully connected with the front atomizer to solve the dyeing problem of special fabric.

Second, automatic adjustable gap nozzle: the operating system is driven by the tooth box motor to change the flow rate of the nozzle. The process does not need to change the nozzle, so the operation is more convenient and fast.

Third, the specially designed stainless steel bottom storage tank can provide higher load capacity.

Fourth, the treatment of washing water overflow effect is good: in the low water level overflow stage, keep the main pump in low liquid level operation, water cloth separation, to prevent chemical fiber in overflow washing water, due to high water level caused by fabric floating disorder, affecting the cloth effect. In the overflow stage of high water level, the floating foam or impurities on the overflow surface can be effectively collected on the basis of the traditional overflow washing water design.

In addition, the design of water cloth separation, combined with the optimization of variable load adjusting plate and cloth trough, makes the equipment load increase, the fabric runs more smoothly, and the stack is more orderly, thus reducing the bath ratio more effectively.
