In 2009, the output value of Youxi textile industry was nearly 3 billion yuan. Last year, there were 79 Textile Enterprises above Designated Size in the county, with a total output value of 20.05 billion yuan, accounting for 56.6% of the total scale industry in the county.

Yongan has 50 Textile Enterprises above designated size. Last year, the total industrial output value of textile enterprises above Designated Size reached 22.094 billion yuan, an increase of 2.29% over the same period of last year, accounting for 19.85% of the total industrial output value of Yongan city.

Through the Shunyuan textile series Park, a busy construction scene attracts people's attention: Shunyuan 65000 spindles thick and thin complex intelligent digital spinning project, with a total investment of 230 million yuan, has entered the equipment installation stage, and is planned to be put into production in September this year.

Xuyuan 350000 spindles high quality blended yarn project covers an area of 300 mu, with a total investment of 1.9 billion yuan. At present, the first phase project with an investment of 690 million yuan has been started. It is expected to start equipment installation in September this year and trial production in December.

The total investment of Longyuan textile phase II project with an annual output of 500000 spindles is 2.2 billion yuan. The project approval procedures are in progress, and construction will start immediately after completion.

At present, the total investment of spinning equipment is 150 million yuan per year.

Science and technology are the primary productive forces. Shunyuan textile has set up an academician expert workstation to carry out industry university research cooperation with colleges and universities. It has invested 30 million to 50 million yuan in technical transformation every year, accelerated the implementation of 31 intelligent technical transformation projects, and achieved the first-class level of domestic textile industry.

To make the industry bigger and stronger, Shunyuan textile is moving towards the established goal step by step: this year, the production capacity can reach 725000 spindles, with an output value of more than 3 billion yuan; in 2023, it will achieve an output value of 7.5 billion yuan, and in 2028, it will achieve an output value of 10.8 billion yuan.

As a leading enterprise of civil yarn, Shunyuan textile series sets the target and continues to make efforts. At the same time, Xinsen and Fengdi's production capacity ranks the fifth in the world's nylon spinning industry. Youxi County takes two nylon filament manufacturing enterprises as the leader, driving the county's nylon filament production capacity to make new breakthroughs.

The cultivation of leading enterprises requires the broad masses of cadres to take responsibility. Relevant municipal and county departments have opened up green channels to help enterprises solve the problems of financial support, examination and approval, power supply guarantee, etc. in the process of development, especially during the period of normalized epidemic prevention and control, strengthen the guidance of enterprise epidemic prevention and control, and speed up the resumption of work and production of enterprises.

With Shunyuan textile series as the leader, Youxi County has extended the industrial chain of "spinning weaving dyeing and finishing" to the downstream, accelerate the integration of Shunyuan textile and dyeing and finishing enterprises in the county, and construct high-end civil fabric weaving enterprises and dyeing and finishing processing enterprises.

Long nylon industry chain. Youxi County promotes the cooperation between Xinsen, Fengdi and scientific research institutions, develops a new generation of differentiated and functional nylon civil silk, increases the investment promotion of downstream air-jet, water jet and flower knitting enterprises, and transforms the industrial advantages of nylon filament into development advantages.

Make fine leather base cloth industry chain. Leather base cloth is the cornerstone of Youxi textile industry. Taking advantage of the existing "spinning weaving dyeing finishing coating" industrial chain, the county accelerates the extension of woven leather base cloth to knitted leather base cloth (elastic cloth), further enriches the variety of leather base cloth products, improves the product quality, and enhances the regional brand awareness and reputation of "China famous leather base cloth city".

At present, the existing dyeing and finishing enterprises in Youxi Industrial Park have been eliminated, and all the existing dyeing and finishing enterprises have been eliminated.
