    Online platforms do everything possible to link transactions

    In November 2018, the Yangtze River Delta regional integration development has become a national strategy, leading the high-quality development of the Yangtze River Delta region. Shanghai is the place where trade extends in all directions, with complete resource elements, obvious geographical advantages and talent advantages, which is also a bridgehead for the expansion of opening-up.     The platform of China Fair is the concentration of Shanghai's advantages. Even under the special circumstances of this year, there are more than 3500 online exhibitors, which is an important bridge connecting the Yangtze River Delta region and even the East China region to the world market. According to the organizers, the fair will cooperate with cross-border platforms such as eBay to introduce buyer traffic, strengthen cooperation with overseas media, search engines and overseas professional exhibition invitation platforms, and do everything possible to link transactions.

    The role of Shanghai as a platform has been highlighted, and enterprises of various provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Delta play a brand and show their strong points on the platform. In recent years, Zhejiang, a major foreign trade province, has cultivated "Zhejiang export famous and high-quality products", selected leading enterprises of "quality Zhejiang goods", and continuously increased the export proportion of its own brands. Nearly 1.6% of the enterprises participating in this year's Fair have uploaded exhibits.

    With complementary advantages and resource linkage, the Yangtze River Delta "concentric circle" also makes it easier for buyers to follow suit and improve the success rate of docking procurement. Last year, the company sent a large number of board members to the Shanghai Trade Fair, and the sales volume of the company reached 4.0 billion yen.

    Deep ploughing "double circulation" and exploring "big cycle"

    At present, the world is suffering from the impact of the epidemic situation. Known as the "barometer" of forecasting the foreign trade situation, the China Fair is closely following the hot spots of international trade, seeking active transformation, and helping foreign trade enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta to develop new opportunities and start a new situation.

    The special zone for epidemic prevention materials (except medical materials and masks) is a new zone set up this year. Disinfection products and disposable protective articles can be displayed here to help overseas purchasers connect with Chinese manufacturing enterprises. Anhui garment import and Export Co., Ltd. applied for this zone. Meng Zhuo, manager of Anhui garment import and Export Co., Ltd., said: in March and April this year, the proportion of export of epidemic prevention materials increased from 3% to 10% to 20%. At the highest time, the export volume was nearly 10 times higher than before. "At present, with the global epidemic situation gradually under control, the export of related products has cooled down, but the products with exclusive technology are still in short supply.".

    It is the current and future direction of China's economic development to take the domestic large cycle as the main body and promote the domestic and international dual cycle mutually. This year's China Fair set up a special zone for export to domestic sales for the first time to help foreign trade enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta to grasp the domestic market opportunities. Zhang Bin, chairman of Zhejiang native produce and animal products import and Export Group Co., Ltd., introduced that in the first half of the year, many products were overstocked due to cancellation of orders and missed the golden period of export. The enterprise applied for a special zone for transferring export to domestic sales, hoping that it would be able to connect with the domestic market if it did not show up.
