Keqiao: In June, Foreign Trade "Recovered" And "Online Trade Promotion" Helped Enterprises Stabilize Their Foreign Trade

The reporter learned from relevant departments yesterday that from January to June, a total of 21922 certificates of origin were issued by the Regional Council for the promotion of trade, of which 3692 were issued in June, an increase of 41% on a month on month basis, involving exports of US $149 million, up 29.6% month on month.

It is reported that the certificate of origin is a necessary certificate for an enterprise to enjoy the differential tariff treatment of the importing country for its export products, and the export enterprise obtains tariff reduction and exemption by issuing the certificate of origin. Since this year, the CCPIT has strengthened the "1 + X" working system and worked with foreign trade enterprises to overcome the difficulties. Promote certificate of origin online and offline registration business in the whole region, ensure online communication channel "5 + 2" response at any time, and "white" and "black" always on-line; set up special window, special person's guidance, special plane service, "one-stop" to assist enterprises to complete online registration. By the end of June, 1657 enterprises had actually applied for certificates of origin, of which 965 were self printing enterprises, accounting for 58.24%. From January to June, 13685 copies were independently printed by the enterprises, accounting for 62.51%.

In order to effectively enhance the sense of gain of enterprises and polish the "golden card" of trade promotion service, CCPIT also extended the "self-service printing" service in combination with the situation of epidemic prevention and control. It took the lead to set up self-service printing points in foreign trade enterprises gathering places in the city, and service enterprises "operated nearby", constantly expanding the scope of self-service printing of original certificate of origin and helping export stabilize foreign trade. Two independent printing points have been completed in Keqiao district public service building and Oriental Building (Keqiao Street Building Service Center). The newly added Keqiao cross-border e-commerce Park as a fixed-point independent printing station will be completed in August.

The relevant personnel of the Regional Council for the promotion of trade said that in the next step, the database resources of certificate of origin will be developed, and the export market monitoring and early warning will be carried out in an exploratory way. With the "one month analysis", the monitoring coverage of key export markets will be realized, early warning information will be released in real time, and the trend of foreign trade will be studied and judged jointly.
