Nine Enterprises Form A Complete Industrial Chain
On July 23, Xinjiang China Thailand textile group Korla Fiber Company (hereinafter referred to as China Thailand Korla fiber) made 10000 towels with its own yarn, which benefited from the new business opportunities brought by the mutual promotion of nine textile enterprises in the Korla economic and Technological Development Zone and the formation of a complete industrial chain.
Yan Liang, deputy general manager of China Thailand Korla Fiber Co., Ltd., introduced that Korla economic and Technological Development Zone has many textile enterprises, such as spinning, weaving, dyeing, etc., and it is difficult to form a joint force under the current situation of fighting on their own. In order to solve the difficulties and open up a new situation, China Thailand textile group proposed to link up the affiliated enterprises to form a complete industrial chain, transform the textile terminal products into semi-finished products, open up the domestic market and extend to the market outside Xinjiang, so as to drive the enterprises on the industrial chain to start production.
The proposal of China Thailand textile group has been positively responded by Korla huitongtai printing and Dyeing Technology Co., Ltd., Xinjiang northwest socks industry park, xiangteng Knitting Co., Ltd., Xinjiang kangpingna intelligent Dyeing Co., Ltd., and Xinjiang jiemiao Textile Co., Ltd., which mainly deals in cheese yarn, towel and knitted fabric dyeing. China Thailand Korla fiber, bayingolen Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture Jinfu special yarn industry Co., Ltd. and Xinjiang Fuli Zhenlun Cotton Textile Co., Ltd., affiliated to China Thailand textile group, cooperated with these enterprises to form the textile industry chain in the prefecture.
After the formation of the industrial chain, chain effect will be brought: more than 200 knitting machines, towel looms, dyeing machines and hosiery looms of textile enterprises in Korla economic and Technological Development Zone have been put into operation, and semi stop production enterprises have been started, and more than 2500 people's jobs have been stabilized.
On July 21, Korla huitongtai printing and Dyeing Technology Co., Ltd. bucked the trend and opened a new production line with an annual output of 10 million towels, adding more than 100 jobs. Guo Xiaojun, general manager of the company, said: "the textile enterprises in the Development Zone link up the industrial chain, so that enterprises have development confidence."
