From January To July, Uzbekistan'S Textile Exports Increased 112% Year On Year

Uzbekistan's textile industry achieved export of US $1 billion and a year-on-year increase of 112% from January to July this year by opening up new paths and new markets and constantly developing new products.

Ukraine's textile products are exported to 57 countries and regions in the world, with Russia (394 million US dollars, accounting for 39% of the total textile exports in Uzbekistan), China (188 million US dollars, accounting for 18%), Kyrgyzstan (139 million US dollars, accounting for 13%) and Turkey (123 million US dollars, accounting for 12%). In addition to traditional markets such as CIS countries, Ukraine's textile export markets also include Hungary, Slovakia and Greece. In addition, with the support of the Ukrainian Embassy in Kuwait, Uzbekistan exported to Kuwait for the first time this year.

At the same time, the export commodity structure of Ukraine's textile industry was further optimized, and the proportion of knitwear, ready-made clothes and other products with added value increased to 51%. New products such as protective masks and protective clothing also began to be exported. It is reported that at present, Ukraine's textile enterprises have a daily output of 6 million masks and 10000 sets of protective clothing, which are exported to Russia, Kuwait, Ukraine, Belarus and Georgia.
