Jingdong And Ctrip Reach Strategic Cooperation, Ctrip Core Products Access To JD

Recently, Jingdong group and Ctrip group formally signed a strategic cooperation agreement.

According to the agreement, Ctrip's core product supply chain will be connected to Jingdong platform, and the two sides will carry out all-round cooperation in user flow, channel resources, cross-border marketing, business travel development, e-commerce cooperation, etc.

According to the strategic cooperation agreement signed between Jingdong and Ctrip, Ctrip will provide real-time product inventory and highly competitive product prices for JD. JD will access the core product supply chain of Ctrip and open the user flow of Jingdong platform to Ctrip, providing all-round support for Ctrip Travel Product Supply Chain in daily operation and precision marketing.

In addition, the two sides also jointly put forward "five cooperation visions", which cover a wider range of user groups, share channel resources, fully cover online and offline transaction scenarios, cross-border brand marketing, and business and tourism development.
