On the morning of August 27, the investment promotion meeting of Jiangxi Province docking with the textile and clothing industry chain of the West Coast Economic Zone was held in Quanzhou, the starting point of the maritime Silk Road. In recent years, the provincial Party committee and the provincial government have issued a series of policies and measures to speed up the development of the textile and clothing industry, and guarantee the factors from the aspects of capital, energy, land, labor, technology, transportation, raw materials, etc., and the scale of the textile and clothing industry in the whole province has been continuously expanded. At present, the clothing production capacity of the province has reached 1.4 billion pieces, the output of ramie cloth ranks first in China, and the output of viscose staple fiber ranks fourth in the same industry in China. Gongqing City, Qingshanhu District, Fengxin County, Fenyi county and Yudu county have been promoted to "national textile characteristic industrial base". Ramie textile has formed the development characteristics dominated by terminal brand products. Viscose staple fiber, knitted clothing and ramie home textile have significant advantages in the same industry in China. The rapid development of Jiangxi provides a broad stage for the majority of investors.

In her speech, Qian Yun said that Jiangxi's textile and garment industry has a solid foundation and a bright future. Entrepreneurs are welcome to invest in Jiangxi. She said that Fujian is a strong textile industry province, with numerous textile, footwear and clothing industry giants and famous brands. Last year, the business income of the whole industry reached 1.1 trillion yuan. Quanzhou is a well-known textile and clothing industry base in China.
