Foreign tourists who need to leave Kashgar can leave Kashgar normally if they hold a valid nucleic acid test negative report within seven days.

According to the statistics of the national cotton market monitoring system, as of October 23, China's new cotton picking progress was 71.9%, an increase of 5.0 percentage points year-on-year. Last week, with the fall of zhengmian, the purchase price of seed cotton was lowered, and the enthusiasm of cotton farmers to sell increased significantly. But at present, the harvest in Northern Xinjiang is basically finished, and the remaining seed cotton is mostly concentrated in southern Xinjiang. Kashgar is one of the three major cotton producing areas in southern Xinjiang. Since October, the temperature in Kashgar is low, and there are still some cotton that are not cracked and peach bolls are opening.
