Zhejiang Longsheng (600352): Increased Holding Of 6.2927 Million Shares Of Wolong Real Estate, Up To 13%
On November 19, Wolong Real Estate Group Co., Ltd. announced the increase of shareholder Zhejiang Longsheng Group Co., Ltd.
According to the new media of viewpoint real estate, based on the recognition of Wolong real estate's future development prospects and investment value, Zhejiang Longsheng plans to increase the company's shares with its own funds by no less than 3% and no more than 5% within 12 months (from July 18, 2020 to July 17, 2021) by means of centralized bidding and block trading in the trading system of Shanghai Stock Exchange（ 5%).
From November 10 to November 19, Zhejiang Longsheng increased its holdings of 6292701 shares through the trading system of Shanghai Stock Exchange by means of centralized bidding, accounting for 0.90% of the total share capital of the company.
As of November 19, 2020, Zhejiang Longsheng has accumulated 91145460 shares of the company, accounting for 13.00% of the total share capital of the company.
