Shaoxing "National Brand" Platform Export First Order, Mayor Witness And License!

On the morning of November 25, the pilot promotion meeting and the opening ceremony of the first procurement trade mode of China's light and textile market were held in Keqiao.

The container containers exported to Kyrgyzstan by Shaoxing newtex import and Export Co., Ltd. were successfully cleared through customs through market procurement trade (1039). This batch of goods includes white cloth, polyester printed cloth and polyester dyed cloth, with a value of 130000 US dollars. This indicates that as a new mode of foreign trade, the mode of market purchasing trade has been officially opened in Shaoxing. Sheng Yuechun, deputy secretary of the municipal Party committee and mayor, delivered a speech at the ceremony. Han Jie, deputy secretary of the Party group, deputy director of the Provincial Department of Commerce, and first level inspector gave a special lecture, and Shao quanmao, vice mayor, presided over the speech.

At the ceremony, Sheng Yuechun awarded the plaque of "China Textile City market procurement trade mode pilot" to Keqiao District, and the participants watched the live video of the first opening.

Market procurement trade mode refers to the trade mode in which the qualified operators purchase commodities in the market cluster area recognized by the state competent commercial department, the goods value of single bill declaration form is less than 150000 US dollars, and the customs clearance procedures of export commodities are handled at the designated port of the customs. This trade mode has the characteristics of multi variety, multi batch and small batch transactions. The main features of this trade mode are "small single, miscellaneous goods and many varieties". Enterprises and merchants who do not have the ability of foreign trade can participate in opening channels for foreign trade export. The operators who meet the requirements will enjoy the policy convenience of fast customs clearance, special supervision and exemption from value-added tax.

The pilot of market procurement trade mode is an important strategic measure for the country to promote the innovation and development of foreign trade and cultivate a new mode of foreign trade. As the largest textile distribution center in the world, China Light and Textile City operates more than 50000 kinds of textile fabrics. It has established production and marketing relations with nearly half of China's textile enterprises. One quarter of global fabrics are traded here, and one fourth of chemical fiber fabrics are exported. Last year, the trading volume of the market group exceeded 200 billion yuan, and the export of textiles exceeded 10 billion US dollars, which played an important supporting role in the domestic and international dual circulation. From January to October, the transaction volume of the real market group and the online textile city increased by 84% and 14.8%, respectively, which laid a solid working foundation and social atmosphere for promoting the pilot purchase trade mode in the light and textile city.

On September 15, this year, Shaoxing Keqiao China Textile City was approved as the fifth batch of national market procurement trade mode pilot, and accepted the national and provincial acceptance in mid November, which is of great significance to accelerate the cultivation of new trade patterns and modes and promote the innovative development of foreign trade.
