2020 Silk Road International Cooperation Summit Forum Held

Recently, the 2020 Silk Road International Cooperation Summit Forum, jointly sponsored by Beijing Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation Promotion Association, Thailand Shaanxi Federation, European China General Chamber of Commerce and Kenya China General Chamber of Commerce, was held in Xi'an. The theme of this conference is "carrying forward the spirit of the Silk Road and creating prosperity along the Silk Road", which surrounds the policy interpretation, people to people exchanges, economic cooperation and international trade of the "belt and road" countries We will discuss and make speeches on such topics as e-cooperation to build a cooperative community of CO creation, co construction, sharing and win-win results.

On November 22, the opening ceremony was held online and offline for the first time. The main offline venue was set up in Xi'an. There were 16 sub venues in Myanmar, Kenya, the Netherlands, the United States, Thailand, Egypt, Japan, the Philippines, Italy, Argentina, Oman, Chad, Malaysia and other countries and regions, with about 500 guests from more than 50 countries and regions participating. 16 guests from 10 countries made keynote speeches. Dr. ISAM Sharaf, a former Prime Minister of Egypt and an expert in the "belt and road" think tank of the Chinese government, delivered an opening speech via video. He said that in the past seven years, the "belt and road" initiative has successfully transformed from a "China's initiative" to a "global initiative", and has become an effective international or global platform for countries to carry out cooperation and make concerted efforts to develop their economies.

In addition, Dr. Moses iqiara, director general of the national investment agency of Kenya, carmine ro Sabio, mayor of Pompeii, Italy, and Li Peifeng, Secretary General of the Silk Road International Cooperation Summit Forum, attended and made keynote speeches.

It is reported that the conference will discuss and speak on the policy interpretation, people to people exchanges, economic cooperation and international trade cooperation of the "belt and road" countries, set up a silk road preferred brand achievement exhibition, and sign strategic cooperation agreements with many enterprises to settle in the "belt and road" trade house. In Xi'an, Shaanxi will be publicized to the whole world through the conference, and China's good products, brands and projects will be promoted to the whole world. The high-end silk road business exchange and cooperation platform for government, enterprise, industry, University, research, capital and media will be built to promote the formation of a partnership involving international organizations, large enterprises and local governments to discuss, build and share together, so as to boost China's common prosperity with other countries 。
