Announcement on the second extension of the exclusion list of goods subject to customs duties imposed on the United States

According to the announcement of the State Council Tariff Commission on the second exclusion list of the first batch of goods subject to additional tariff on the United States (notice of the Tax Commission [2019] No. 8), the second exclusion list of the first batch of goods subject to additional tariff on the United States will expire on December 25, 2020. The Tariff Commission of the State Council shall, in accordance with the procedures, decide to extend the exclusion period for the above-mentioned commodities. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

For the six commodities listed in the annex, the exclusion period specified in announcement [2019] No. 8 of the Tax Commission will be extended for one year, that is, from December 26, 2020 to December 25, 2021, the tariff imposed by China for anti US 301 measures will continue to be exempted.
