On the 29th, Liubei District of Liuzhou city held a press conference, saying that it would build a modern clothing industrial park to radiate South China and set up a million fund to attract talents.

Once Liuzhou textile and clothing industry was brilliant. Liubei district is a traditional textile industry gathering area in Liuzhou city. There are many textile and garment enterprises such as Liuzhou No.1 Cotton, No.2 cotton and towel factory. In order to revitalize the development of textile and garment industry, Liubei District issued "some measures to support the development of modern clothing industry in Liubei district", which supports enterprise financing, design innovation, support e-commerce development, promote industrial cluster, and strengthen the introduction and cultivation of technical talents.

At the meeting, Zhang Liansong, head of Liubei District People's government, said that modern clothing industry is one of the leading industries in Liubei District, and also an important part of China ASEAN (Liuzhou) tourism equipment manufacturing industrial park being built in Liubei district. At present, the first phase of Guangxi Liuzhou modern clothing industrial park has been partially completed and put into operation, and the second and third phases have started construction and are actively inviting investment. After the completion of the general project, it will form a regional modern clothing production and trading center facing Guangxi market and radiating South China.

In order to guide garment enterprises to settle in Liuzhou modern clothing industrial park of Guangxi for cluster development, garment enterprises with main business income of more than 20 million yuan in five consecutive years have been given the preferential policies of rent free for the first three years and half for the fourth and fifth years.

At the same time, Liubei district gave a series of financial support. For enterprises that have been approved by the state and Guangxi to establish new engineering (Technology) research centers or enterprise technology centers or industrial design centers, a one-time reward of 200000 yuan and 100000 yuan will be given respectively. The annual budget of 500000 yuan is used to support garment enterprises to carry out e-commerce. With the help of the third-party platform for online sales, the annual online sales revenue of clothing enterprises exceeded 10 million yuan, 30 million yuan, 50 million yuan and 100 million yuan for the first time, and they were given a one-time reward of 50000 yuan, 100000 yuan, 150000 yuan and 200000 yuan respectively.

In addition, the development of clothing industry needs professionals. Liubei district set up a "industrial Liubei" clothing industry talent fund of 1 million yuan to help carry out talent introduction and training.
