At the same time, energy-saving experts were invited to explain the application of dyeing machines and high-efficiency energy-saving motors in the industry. In his speech, sun Huaibin, vice president of China Textile Industry Federation, reviewed the development achievements of the textile industry in the past year, and put forward his personal judgment and prospect for the future development of the industry. 2020 is a very special year with serious global economic losses. However, under the leadership of the superior system, China has become the only country with positive growth, with an annual GDP growth rate of 2.3%. The textile industry economy has also suffered a serious setback, the main economic indicators showed a negative growth trend; but with the joint efforts of the industry, the decline rate has narrowed and the margin has improved. Among them, export, industrial use and network sales have become the highlights of the industry operation. 2021 is the first year of the 14th five year plan, and we are full of confidence in the development situation in 2021. For the future development of the textile industry, we will focus on two directions: first, the industrial base is advanced, high-performance and intelligent new fiber manufacturing is the starting point; the level of green manufacturing and service capacity should be enhanced; and the service level of green manufacturing and intelligent manufacturing in the industry should be improved. The second is to optimize the industrial structure, increase the proportion of industrial fiber; to carry out global layout to improve the level of international development; to continuously promote the industrial transfer in the central and western regions; to form industrial clusters with the upstream and downstream enterprises; to cultivate professional talents; and to optimize the consumption structure.

The green development service platform for textile industry is an online tool specially designed for the green transformation of China's textile industry. It is jointly developed by the environmental protection and Assets Supervision Committee of China Textile Federation and WWF World Wide Fund for nature. FAIS is oriented to textile enterprises and has two built-in systems: 1) evaluation and diagnosis system, which can automatically analyze and compare the production, equipment, process, management system and other information filled by enterprises, so as to help enterprises fully understand the status quo and identify challenges; 2) solution matrix, which can collect tools, technologies, guides and cases for sustainable development of textile industry at home and abroad, so as to establish green transformation and continuous improvement for enterprises Into the solution library.

The development of FAIS brings together the technical strength of China Textile Industry Federation, WWF global network and full life cycle Green Management Committee, and is strongly supported by H & M, Tommy Hilfiger, target, Tchibo, Toyoshima, Anta, HSBC and other domestic and foreign brands. Through systematic research and planning, FAIS will achieve five major functions: 1) application and evaluation: help enterprises declare projects and achieve standards; 2) diagnose problems: help enterprises identify problems and obtain diagnosis suggestions; 3) reflect industry level: systematically display industry benchmark and industry level based on big data algorithm; 4) exchange experience: establish sharing and communication between enterprises and experts, enterprises and enterprises Flow mechanism; 5) problem solving: help enterprises obtain solutions.

After one year of planning and centralized development, FAIS launched its first module, energy saving diagnosis module, in October 2020. The module is based on the "textile industry energy saving diagnosis service guide (2020)" as the blueprint, adding industry characteristic indicators, and successfully realizes the operation mode of "factory filling, system analysis, expert manual diagnosis". As of December 2020, there are 35 textile enterprise registration platforms, among which 8 enterprises have completed online diagnosis.

In order to sort out the development and operation of FAIS, analyze the existing problems of FAIS, and further clarify the mission objectives, the working group has carried out the drafting, repair and finalization of the white paper since December 2020. The content of the white paper covers the development background and modules of FAIS; workflow and index system; the effectiveness of trial operation, existing problems, optimization space and improvement methods and suggestions; suggestions for platform, industry and policy.

The release of the white paper summarizes the existing achievements of FAIS platform energy-saving diagnosis, points out the optimization direction of the platform, and puts forward the promotion measures in the next stage, which provides guidance for the future development of the platform. In the next step, according to the spirit of the white paper, the working group will continue to overcome the development problems, give full play to the platform advantages and radiation effect, so that FAIS can better serve the industrial energy-saving diagnosis service action plan, and help the textile industry green transformation and upgrading.
