Clothing enterprises as a direct consumption oriented industry, how to further expand consumer demand? In Yang Xun's opinion, DSM is to improve the demand ability and consumption capacity through reform, which is very important for the clothing industry. This reform will allow more people to form higher consumption power. At the same time, we should form better consumption intention through reform. Now the clothing industry has entered the stage of fashion consumption. Consumers choose clothes not only for warmth, durability and comfort, but also for fashion and personalization. The most permanent fashion is to pursue individuality. Demand side management, from the perspective of fashion, also needs to improve the consumption intention. But now the whole production organization has restrained the personalized demand, and mass production can not meet the personalized consumption demand. Therefore, the most important thing of DSM is to form the consumption intention. "We also need to form consumption innovation through reform. The realization of consumption upgrading needs innovation from the supply side, consumption leading supply, supply of innovative consumption and innovative demand. The clothing industry also needs innovation to promote consumption upgrading through reform. The government provides industry-oriented and demand-oriented from the macro level, but it needs enterprises to really implement it, especially in terms of consumption upgrading, especially in the clothing industry. " Yang Xun suggested that the state should increase support and capital investment for China export credit insurance company to better serve enterprises. At the same time, the relevant departments should study and copy the export credit insurance business to the domestic market, and the seller is responsible for purchasing insurance for the goods. On the one hand, it can guarantee the seller's collection, on the other hand, the buyer can make payment to the seller after receiving or even selling, so as to reduce the risk, promote economic and trade, and stimulate the domestic market. ?
