GCL Energy Branch (002015): Nominating Zhu Gongshan And Sun Wei As Candidates For Non Independent Directors

GCL energy technology (002015. SZ) issued an announcement and received written resignation reports from Mr. Cui nairong and Mr. Wang Dong on February 4, 2021. Mr. Cui nairong and Mr. Wang Dong applied to resign from the position of director of the company as of February 4, 2021 due to the adjustment of their own work. After resignation, they will no longer hold any position in the company.

The 29th meeting of the 7th board of directors was held on February 5, 2021, and the proposal on by election of directors of the 7th board of directors was deliberated and passed. The controlling shareholder of the company, Shanghai Qichen Investment Management Co., Ltd., nominated Mr. Zhu Gongshan and Ms. Sun Wei as candidates for non independent directors of the 7th board of directors of the company.

After the qualification examination of the nomination committee of the board of directors of the company, the board of directors agreed to nominate Mr. Zhu Gongshan and Ms. Sun Wei as candidates for non independent directors of the seventh board of directors of the company and submit them to the general meeting of shareholders for election. The term of office of the above non independent director candidates shall be from the date of deliberation and approval of the general meeting of shareholders to the expiration date of the seventh board of directors.
