According to the capital turnover survey, at the beginning of February, 63.1% of the enterprises with good capital turnover accounted for 63.1%, with a decrease of 3.6 percentage points on a month on month basis, and an increase of 10 percentage points on a year-on-year basis; 29.2% of the enterprises with poor capital turnover accounted for 29.2%, with a month on month increase of 6.4 percentage points and a year-on-year decrease of 3.4 percentage points; those seriously lacking funds accounted for 7.7%, with a decrease of 2.8 percentage points on a month on month basis and a decrease of 6.6. ?
At the beginning of February, 56.9% of the sample enterprises had normal employment situation, with a month on month decrease of 9.7% and a year-on-year increase of 3.9%; 30.8% of the enterprises had poor employment situation, with a month on month increase of 8 percentage points and a year-on-year decrease of 6 percentage points; 12.3% of the enterprises were seriously short of workers, with a month on month increase of 1.8% and a year-on-year increase of 2.1%.
