    In many construction sites in the robot Valley, the dusty dust that can be seen everywhere in the traditional scene is no longer replaced by floor cleaning robots that cycle around every corner; the manual workers who usually work on the exterior walls at high altitude are also replaced by robots; the manual workers who precisely realize putty and spraying indoors become the issuers, who no longer need to bear the fatigue of long-term head up operation Tired.

    More importantly, the problem of labor shortage has been alleviated in the process. China's construction industry continues to grow steadily, but the imbalance is that migrant workers have been in the process of aging.

    According to statistics, the newly signed contract amount of China's construction industry in 2020 will be 32517.4 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 12.4%.     Based on the intelligent application of robots in different scenes, bozhilin has also built the BIM digital system application of the whole project, which can control the construction progress and status of all scenes in the project Intelligent Command Center.

    Intelligent construction site is not only a policy guide, but also a future construction method that more peers are seeking. Wang Kecheng told reporters that at present, many companies have been in contact with bozhilin and expressed strong interest in the later commercialization.     Yan Qifan introduced that in order to realize the Intelligent Implementation in construction sites, bozhilin has been independently developed in many core parts fields, including controllers, servers, drivers, sensors, etc., and almost 100% of the software layer involving the underlying development framework and algorithm can be built independently.     Data shows that as of February 26, 2021, bozhilin has submitted 3042 valid patent applications, including 2161 invention patents; 984 patents have been authorized, including 262 invention patents.

    Among them, the five core systems of construction robot are independently developed, including automatic navigation system, visual algorithm for construction scene, self-developed laser radar and other products and technologies. The advanced nature of these products and technologies has been verified by practical application. The navigation fusion module, laser displacement sensor and intelligent vision sensor have filled the blank in the field of construction robot in the world.

    At present, bozhilin has formed 12 product lines of construction robots, including concrete construction, concrete finishing, bricklaying and plastering, interior wall decoration, etc., and most of them can be applied to cast-in-place concrete technology and prefabricated building construction at the same time.

    In only two and a half years, bozhilin has realized the construction robot from independent research and development, small batch production to engineering test, engineering service and batch commercial use, and has carried out comprehensive end-to-end planning and practice, and has built a complete full cycle closed-loop.

    Professor Zhang Bi, academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences and Dean of Artificial Intelligence Research Institute of Tsinghua University, said: "Country Garden Group has invested a lot of R & D resources and talents in BIM, prefabricated building and construction robot fields, and carried out comprehensive research and development. At present, it has delivered a large number of robots, and has been in the forefront of the field of intelligent construction and construction robots in China and even in the world."

    Although Japan, Australia, South Korea, the United States and other developed countries have made some achievements in construction robots, they have not achieved the goal of full cycle and systematic application of buildings. At present, they still focus on single point R & D and small batch trial.
