A few days ago, the general office of the Ministry of industry and information technology issued the first batch of industry standard development and revision and foreign language version project plan in 2021. Among them, 4 textile industry standards are included in the plan; 7 textile industry standards are listed in the foreign language version project plan. In addition, in the special standard project plan, there are some industry standards related to textile industry listed in the relevant project plan.

According to the overall arrangement of the formulation and revision of industrial and information standards, our department has compiled and completed the first batch of industrial standards development and revision and foreign language version project plans in 2021. Now it is printed and distributed to you. Please organize and implement it carefully. The specific requirements are as follows:

I. standard drafting units should pay attention to the overall coordination of standard formulation and technical innovation, test verification, intellectual property disposal, industrialization promotion and application promotion.

2. Relevant industry associations (federations), standardization technical organizations, standardization professional institutions and other competent units should arrange as soon as possible, forward the documents to the main drafting units in time, and do a good job in drafting, soliciting opinions and technical review of standards organizations, and ensure the technical review.

3. The relevant departments and bureaus of the Ministry and department shall do a good job in the management of the formulation and revision of industrial standards and the development of foreign language versions, so as to ensure the quality and level of standards.

4. During the implementation of the plan, if it is necessary to adjust the standard items, it shall be handled according to the relevant provisions.
