Main contents: the company held the 16th meeting of the 9th board of directors on August 17, 2018, deliberated and passed the proposal on the proposed R & D center of automobile textile interior decoration and acoustics technology, and planned to invest RMB 157 million to construct the R & D center project of automobile textile interior decoration and acoustic Technology (the "R & D center project"). In order to meet the relevant approval of the project and clarify the follow-up operation and management work, the company established a new wholly-owned subsidiary Shenda (Shanghai) Technology Co., Ltd.
