Recently, Jiangsu provincial market supervision bureau announced the results of supervision and random inspection of winter products. The inspectors said one of the children's down jackets was the worst quality down jacket she had ever seen in her career.

Shoddy, down jacket, scarf unqualified rate seriously exceeded the standard

Jiangsu provincial market supervision and Administration Bureau recently carried out supervision and random inspection on down jacket, down quilt, scarf, cotton padded jacket, stormsuit and cashmere sweater. The results showed that the main quality problems of unqualified products were inferior filling quality and fiber content of clothing fabrics.

Among them, 45 batches of down quilt were inspected jointly by Nanjing product quality supervision and Inspection Institute and Nantong Fiber Inspection Institute; 80 batches of adult down jacket and 60 batches of children's down jacket were inspected jointly by Changzhou Fiber Inspection Institute, Suzhou Fiber Inspection Institute and dagali (Taicang) quality and technology testing center.

According to the nominal quality of this quilt, the cost of this quilt is more than 1500 yuan.

Three core indexes determine down quality

The reporter noticed that the unqualified down jacket mainly includes down content, down content and down filling amount, which can not meet the requirements of national standards. The core of these three indicators is the quality and content of down.

The reporter observed and found that in this supervision and random inspection, some production enterprises marked raw materials with inferior quality, which was the main quality problem of unqualified products.

After testing 40 batches of scarves by Suzhou Fiber Inspection Institute and Shenzhen yingbai Testing Technology Co., Ltd., it was found that most of the unqualified products falsely labeled some cheap chemical fiber ingredients into higher price raw materials such as wool or cashmere when labeling the fiber content.

This scarf is marked with wool and cashmere each accounting for 50%. The reporter saw the test results but showed that it had no cashmere component at all. The so-called "Cashmere" is actually "polyester fiber", that is polyester fiber.

This unqualified scarf was purchased from the seven wolf flagship store of the e-commerce platform. The reporter saw that in the product details of this online store, the merchant showed a qualified test report to consumers.

Testing personnel believe that this index is unqualified, mainly due to the weak quality awareness of the production enterprises.

Some enterprises have weak quality awareness and do not mark according to the standards.

After testing, unqualified cotton clothing, including 10 batches of nominal Vero Moda visaman, Hengyuanxiang and ziyixiu.

When sorting out the list of unqualified products, the reporter found that many well-known brands of products were judged as unqualified in this supervision and random inspection: including the "xuezhongfei" adult down jacket produced by xuezhongfei Industrial Co., Ltd., after testing, three indicators of down content, down content and fluffy degree were unqualified; the nominal product was "seven wolves" produced by Tongxiang Zhuoma Clothing Co., Ltd Brand scarf, fiber composition is unqualified; nominal "Vero Moda visaman" brand cotton clothing produced by Ling Zhi fashion (Tianjin) Co., Ltd., the fiber content is unqualified.

Creating quality can't rely on imagination

Creating quality is not based on imagination, but on reliability. Just now, there is a big difference between the nominal and the actual winter products. Some virtual labels contain 100% goose hair and 98% wool, but there is not even a single goose feather or wool inside. Some are also marked with the words of private customization, high-end and * *, but what is the real quality? This supervision spot check also carried out spot check on the live broadcast platform according to the hot spot of consumer complaints.

During the interview, the reporter also found that there were more than 10 e-commerce platforms, including Jingdong, tmall, Suning, vipshop, Xiaomi Youpin, Taobao, tmall, shuoyin, Kuaishou, etc. It is understood that this is a spot check conducted by Jiangsu Provincial Market Supervision Bureau on the live broadcast platform according to the hot spots of consumer complaints.

In the investigation, the reporter saw that during the supervision and spot check, many testing institutions bought samples on the live broadcasting platform. When the goods were actually received, some of them were three no products.

It is understood that the Nanjing Quality Inspection Institute plans to buy 25 batches of samples for this down quilt spot check. Four batches of samples purchased from an e-commerce live broadcasting platform are three no products.

During the investigation, the reporter learned that the three no products received by the inspection institutions came from the e-commerce live broadcast platform, including duvet, down jacket, scarf, stormsuit, etc. in this regard, the market supervision department said that it would strengthen the supervision of such sales channels and platforms.

Consumers can hear and see the introduction of the products more directly, and it seems that they will have more trust. Unexpectedly, this supervision and random inspection found that the three no products all come from the live broadcasting platform of e-commerce. Some people in the industry said that, in particular, the inherent quality of down products can not be identified by consumers, and down products are easy to become adulterated to make fake disaster areas. In fact, whether it's online consumption of live with goods or offline consumption of physical stores, what changes is only the difference in the way of buying and selling. What can't be changed is that the bottom line of integrity and quality can't be crossed, and the rights and interests of consumers can't be infringed at will.
