Mayor Ruijin Investigates 9 Textile And Garment Enterprises

On April 18, comrade LAN Xianlin, deputy secretary of the municipal Party committee, mayor, deputy secretary of the Party Working Committee and director of the Management Committee of the economic development zone, conducted a special investigation on the textile and clothing industry in our city. Mr. LAN Xianlin successively went to nine representative textile and garment enterprises, including haolaike textile, Meirun environmental protection, Sansheng new materials, Yuanye environmental protection, Huaxin new materials, Zhongrong textile, Ruicheng clothing, Xingruida garment and Huiming textile, to conduct field research, to understand the current situation of enterprises in detail, to listen to the opinions and suggestions of enterprises, as well as the difficulties and problems existing in the development process.

LAN Xianlin said that the textile and clothing industry, as a traditional leading industry in our city, has played an important role in expanding employment and stabilizing foreign trade in our city. Especially in the face of the rampant new crown pneumonia epidemic, the textile and clothing industry in our city consciously fulfilled its corporate social responsibility, turned the crisis into a new opportunity, and made outstanding contributions to the "double victory" of epidemic prevention and control and economic development in our city.

LAN Xianlin pointed out that at present, the "four special" industrial rudiments of special clothing, special fabrics, special components and super grade auxiliary materials, which are mainly industrial textiles (nonwovens, weft knitted fabrics and high-end fabrics), have taken shape. Leaders of all enterprises should strengthen their confidence in development and accelerate the improvement of quality and efficiency of enterprises by means of scientific and technological innovation and technological transformation. All departments should rely on front-end services, actively coordinate and solve the problems encountered in the development of textile and garment enterprises, implement and implement various preferential policies, and help enterprises with heart and emotion.

The relevant departments should strengthen the investigation, come up with the supporting policies matching the economic operation of the headquarters of textile and garment industry in our city, increase the support for enterprises to continue to invest in the existing construction land, and encourage enterprises to continuously improve the land utilization rate.
