Jiaxin Silk (002404): Nominating Weng Shengbin As Independent Director Candidate

Jiaxin silk (002404. SZ) announced that the board of directors of the company received the resignation report from Mr. Fan Zhimin, an independent director of the company, on May 27, 2021. For personal reasons, Mr. Fan Zhimin proposed to the board of directors to resign from the position of independent director, member of strategy committee and member of audit committee. After resignation, Mr. Fan Zhimin no longer holds any other position in the company.
