China's textile and clothing exports are calculated in RMB: from January to may 2021, the cumulative export of textile and clothing is 732.49 billion yuan, with a year-on-year growth of 8.6%; Among them, textile export was 364.48 billion yuan, down 10.3% year-on-year; Clothing export was 368.01 billion yuan, up 37.6% year on year.

In May, China's textile and clothing exports reached 158.14 billion yuan, down 24% year-on-year. Among them, textile export was 78.83 billion yuan, down 45.7% year on year; Clothing exports reached 79.31 billion yuan, up 26.4% year on year.

In addition, China's textile and clothing exports are calculated in US dollars: from January to may 2021, China's textile and clothing exports totaled US $112.68 billion, an increase of 17.3% year-on-year. Among them, textile exports reached 56.07 billion US dollars, down 3.1% year-on-year; Clothing exports reached 56.61 billion US dollars, up 48.3% year on year.
