From January to June 2021, China's total retail sales of consumer goods reached 21190.4 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 23%. Among them, the retail sales of clothing goods of units above the designated size was 487.5 billion yuan, with a year-on-year increase of 37.4%; Online retail sales of physical goods reached 5026.3 billion yuan, an increase of 18.7% year-on-year, of which the online retail sales of wearing goods increased by 24.1%.

From January to June in 2021, the export of clothing and accessories reached 71.5 billion US dollars, an increase of 40.3% year on year.
