The Five Cotton Industry Standards Will Be Formally Implemented On October 1
The national cotton processing Standardization Technical Committee (SAC / TC 407) is responsible for and organized to draft five industry standards, namely, technical requirements for cotton processing intelligent control system, near infrared spectroscopy for rapid determination of impurity content in seed cotton, quality evaluation method for cotton packaging material processing enterprises, technical requirements for cotton packaging material processing, and gear milling machine, It will be formally implemented on October 1, 2021 (Notice No. 3 of 2021 of all China Federation of supply and marketing cooperatives).
Since the middle of August, the cotton industry branch of China Cotton Association has launched the "Weekly Standard" standard publicity and implementation monthly activity online, which systematically and detailedly interprets the standard content, fully understands the technical indicators of each standard, grasps the implementation and application process of the standard, and improves the implementation effect of the standard.
The significance of the five industry standards:
The industry standard GH / T 1338-2021 "technical requirements for cotton processing intelligent control system" regulates the main technical requirements of on-line detection technology, control technology and information technology in the cotton processing intelligent control system, solves the "bottleneck" problem of low informatization and intelligent level in China's cotton processing process, and improves the quality, efficiency and cost of cotton processing "Matching cars with flowers" is of great significance.
The industry standard GH / T 1337-2021 "rapid determination of seed cotton impurity content by near infrared spectroscopy" regulates the rapid detection method of plant impurities in seed cotton, which provides a scientific and effective method for improving the detection efficiency of plant impurities in seed cotton.
The industry standard GH / T 1339-2021 "quality evaluation methods for cotton packaging material processing enterprises" stipulates the evaluation principles, evaluation indexes, evaluation methods, evaluation grades and evaluation procedures for the quality evaluation of cotton packaging material processing enterprises, which is applicable to the evaluation of the quality of cotton packaging processing enterprises by government departments, industry associations and third-party evaluation institutions, It can also be used for self-evaluation of enterprises and provide basis for evaluating cotton packaging material processing enterprises. This standard fills in the blank of quality evaluation standard for cotton packaging material processing enterprises in China, and has important significance for effectively measuring the quality level and quality management ability of enterprises, clarifying the direction of follow-up improvement, improving product quality, creating Chinese cotton packaging material brand and promoting industry progress.
The industry standard GH / T 1340-2021 "technical requirements for cotton packaging materials processing" specifies the processing requirements, process monitoring requirements and inspection requirements of cotton packaging materials, which is applicable to the processing of polyester strapping belt, polyethylene bagging bag for cotton packaging, pure cotton packaging bag for cotton packaging and galvanized steel wire for cotton packaging, It provides a technical basis for standardizing the processing of cotton packaging materials. This standard fills in the blank of technical requirements for cotton packaging material processing in China, which is of great significance to improve the product quality of cotton packaging material processing enterprises, standardize the cotton packaging product market, and promote the healthy development of the industry.
The revision of the industry standard GH / T 1188-2021 "gear milling machine" improves the technical level of gear milling machine in China, promotes the recycling utilization of stripping saw blade, and plays an important role in reducing the processing cost of cotton processing enterprises.
