Noble Bird: Sales Of Some Factory Buildings To Strengthen Business Capacity
Recently, the sports brand noble bird released a notice on the company's major asset sales plan, which plans to sell the land and above ground buildings in Yangguang village, Dongyuan Town, Taiwan investment zone, Quanzhou to Shengshi (Quanzhou) Investment Co., Ltd. The transaction price of the subject matter of this transfer is determined to be 210 million yuan, which will be paid in cash.
The noble bird said in the announcement that the transaction can revitalize the stock of assets, improve the efficiency of asset management and use, reduce the asset liability ratio, and actively explore the direction of business development.
As a clothing enterprise mainly engaged in the design, R & D, production and sales of sports shoes and clothing, guirenniao has adjusted its operation mode after the judicial restructuring, and the related products of sports shoes and clothing adopt the outsourcing processing and purchasing mode, so the sales of factory buildings have little impact on the main business.
Guirenniao believes that if the transaction is successfully implemented, although the total assets of the enterprise will decline to a certain extent, the structure of assets and liabilities can be optimized and the solvency can be strengthened, which is conducive to enhancing the future ability and sustainable operation ability of the noble bird.

However, with the arrival of opportunities, the industry competition is also intensifying. Noble bird frankly, competitors in the same industry in the region have a strong voice, which, to a certain extent, aggravates the competitive pressure of enterprises. The noble bird said that it would enhance the company's brand power, channel power and product R & D and design capabilities, but it still has a long way to go before it wants to take off again.
