According to the report, at present, the government, schools and parent committees are the leading procurement units for school uniforms in China. These three units independently organize or entrust bidding agencies to purchase school uniforms through open bidding, invitation bidding, competitive negotiation, competitive negotiation, inquiry, filing, etc.

Due to its particularity, school uniform industry has been strongly supervised by many departments.
