Ministry Of Commerce: Iran Textile Industry Needs Support To Promote Import And Export
According to the Iran daily on February 13, the head of the Teheran fabric and textile wholesalers and retailers Alliance said that about 50% of the demand of the Iranian textile market was met by domestic factories. With the support of the bank and the Ministry of industry, mining and trade, the Iranian textile industry could increase its exports. He noted that the country's fabric and textile wholesalers and retailers had made every effort to minimize the external impact, but that most fabric traders and sellers worked in the traditional way, which posed many problems for themselves and their customers.
