Ministry Of Commerce: Vietnam'S Textile And Garment Export Market Share Is The Second In The World
Vietnam's textile and Garment Group (VINATEX) said on December 23 that Vietnam's textile and garment market share was second only to China, accounting for 5.1% of the global total demand, Vietnam's "Youth Daily" reported on December 24. The head of the group said that although Vietnam's textile and clothing exports fell by $39 billion, the decline in other countries was even greater.
With the stable supply chain and labor advantages, VINATEX's total operating revenue will reach 16.44 trillion dong (about US $720 million) in 2021, with a profit of 1.2 trillion dong, which is twice as much as that in 2020 and 70% before the epidemic.
