Shanghai Sanmao (600689): Elected Employee Representative Supervisor
Shanghai Sanmao (600689) announced on the evening of May 30 that the company held the fifth meeting of the second employee congress by video conference on May 28, 2022, and elected Mr. Yi Zhen and Ms. Luo Anyi (resume attached) as the employee representative supervisors of the 11th board of supervisors of the company. The qualifications of the two employee representative supervisors meet the requirements of relevant laws, regulations and normative documents on the qualifications of supervisors. There is no circumstance that the supervisors of the company are not allowed to act as the supervisors of the company as stipulated in the company law and the articles of association, and have not been punished by the CSRC and other relevant departments or by the stock exchange.
The term of office of the supervisors elected by the 11th board of supervisors shall be jointly elected by the company's board of supervisors and the third board of supervisors.

Yi Zhen, male, born in October 1981, master's degree, economist, CPC member. He once served as an office clerk, business manager and deputy director of Shanghai Sanmao enterprise (Group) Co., Ltd., business manager of investor relations department and business manager of asset development department. He is currently the office director of Shanghai Sanmao enterprise (Group) Co., Ltd., the employee supervisor of the 10th board of supervisors, Secretary of the Party branch and general manager of Shanghai Sanmao Asset Management Co., Ltd., and concurrently serves as the executive director of Shanghai Sanlian textile printing and dyeing Co., Ltd.
Luo Anyi, female, born in January 1986, has a bachelor degree and is a member of the Communist Party of China. He once worked as an office clerk and business manager of Shanghai Sanmao enterprise (Group) Co., Ltd. He is now the business manager of human resources department (Party Mass Work Department) of Shanghai Sanmao enterprise (Group) Co., Ltd.
