    Textile Fabric 3D Additive Printing Intelligent Equipment Project Passed The Scientific And Technological Achievements Appraisal Meeting

    Entrusted by Fujian Donghua Textile Machinery Co., Ltd., the "intelligent textile machinery association of China" held on February 21, 2026. The appraisal committee is composed of seven experts, including Professor Chen Xingqiang of Shanghai Pacific electromechanical (Group) Co., Ltd., and Chen Zhihua, professor senior engineer of China printing and dyeing industry association. Gu Ping, President of China Textile Machinery Association, Li Yi, senior consultant, Cong Zheng, secretary general, Li Tianyuan, vice president of Fujian Huafeng new material technology Co., Ltd., Yu Yuanzhi, general manager of Fujian Yili Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., sun Yize and Meng fan, professors of Donghua University, attended the meeting.

    The project independently developed 3D additive automatic printing process and equipment for shoe materials and fabrics: developed a high-precision alignment system driven by redundancy, which realized the rapid and high-precision automatic alignment of screen plate; An adaptive scraping force control algorithm is established, which can obtain the optimal scraping force and scraping speed according to the off screen conditions of different sizes and the mechanical properties of textile fabrics; A 3D additive printing control system with high integration and high real-time was developed; A high solid content waterborne polyurethane adhesive was developed; Through multiple overprinting and overprinting, high-precision 3D additive printing with thickness above 0.8mm is realized. The project has developed 11 models of 3D additive printing equipment, established intelligent 3D additive printing workshop, realized industrialization, improved production efficiency and product quality, and reduced comprehensive operation cost.

    The appraisal committee listened to the report of the project undertaking unit, reviewed the appraisal data, and the test team conducted on-site test and investigation. After inquiry and discussion, the appraisal committee has completed the requirements of the project assignment, the overall technology has reached the international advanced level, the economic and social benefits are good, and the market prospect is broad. It is agreed that the project has passed the appraisal of scientific and technological achievements, and it is suggested to further accelerate its application in the industry.
